Long story short. I ended up putting a exact replacement controller (t-1)back in my car and all is well. The T-2 controllers can work in a car that had a T-1 but they must be reprogramed to do so. I found this out the long and hard way.
So if your having controller issues Like I was having, when swapping controllers the first thing you should look to do is either get a exact replacement controller example; if you fry your T-1 replace it with a T-1 or prepare to reprogram and deal with possable error codes.
