Well this is one way to do it, it fits!!! It really does not impede on the passengers foot location.

Just an update. We finished the installation and he drove it home.
This is an AC motor upgraded car, drove it ~10 miles at about 50mph basically the whole way. Used 2v. LOL.

I’m in KC and may be picking up a 2007 this weekend. Any change I can come over and take a look at yours? I would like to upgrade the motor and battery at some point.

That car was not mine, just one that I was working on. I had done the AC motor conversion on it a couple years ago. Then he let his battery packs go dead so we had to find a good replacement and that is what we decided.
Copy, I’m looking at trying to figure out what to upgrade mine too :). I met Curtis and he took me for a ride. It was crazy and I’m hooked :).
It is Curtis’s cousin that owns the E6 in the picture.
@MikeKC can hook you up with the big motor. I have a drop in battery that is much simpler than the tesla.
