how do I go about charging each of my batteries individually to ensure they are all 100%?
Use a 12 volt automotive charger.
However you can use a volt meter 4 hours after charger has shut off to check voltage.
Better yet is to check specific gravity with a $7 hydrometer.
Note: if all your batteries are low (under 1250sp grv) after charging with the on board unit, suspect your charger is set for Gel batteries. This will doom your 5 year batteries to 3 or less years life as well as limiting range…
