Does anyone know if the switch on the handbrake that shuts off the buzzer on shutdown can be replaced and where can one be purchased. Drives me nuts to have to turn service switch off to shut off buzzer. Thanks.
I took mine apart, cleaned and lubed it and it has worked perfectly ever since. I have seen similar switches in the past on ford parking brakes but I can’t remember the exact vehicle.
I took off the under seat shroud and used contact cleaner and soaked the switch. It seems to be working correctly now. Thanks. David!
