Battery hold down with wire ties

Still stuck in FLA hell, replacing one Trojan that has gone bad tomorrow, as much as I would like to do a lithium conversion, gotta recover the $1200 (actually now $1400) invested in Trojans for a few more years.
Question: has anyone found a plastic wire tie that acid won’t eat? I used a set from Home Depot that are heavyweight and of white (maybe nylon) plastic. After a couple weeks and one water top off, I noted it’s eating the ties. The stock GEM bar clamp never worked well with my rear pack so I used the ties and they definitely clamp them down.

Anyone used stainless steel hose clamps? I have some emails out to cable tie suppliers but then saw SS straps.

I use them with lithium batteries. There are stainless clamps and then “all” stainless types. Take a magnet along to check the worm.
