2020 e2 / 6.5HP / Xtra Distance batts w/ 12:3 tranny

Just finished installation of the 12:3 transmission on my new 2020 e2 using the OEM rubber mounted brackets. Applied M77 moly grease to all shaft splines. The resulting gear noise is somewhat bothersome especially when decelerating or braking. [Unable to upload video of running operation].
Any advice on how to lower the whine?
When reaching 34MPH with the upgrade - the OEM speedo registers 25MPH thereby limiting the speed at that point. Having more accelerator pedal left I think there’s more speed to be achieved with the 12:3.
With recent success on controller programming any potential to override OEM speed limitations of 25MPH?

Yes, I agree the new gear boxes SUCK when it comes to noise. I have one in my 16’ with 12:3 gears, rubber mounted and synthetic gear oils helps but they are nothing like the old splicer gearboxes.
Acceleration is not bad, but regen is stupid loud.
I am hoping over time it quiets down but I doubt it.
@grantwest has one also.

No chance for re-programig for more speed - would would have to switch out the controller - this can be done and has been done. Grant and I both have 50mph 16’ and 18’.
