Purchased from the Govt, installed deep cycle batteries to check out the charger and controls, everything works. This does have the doors in it, needs a good cleaning and the plastic covering is peeling on the plastic body panels. Needs some lite work mostly cosmetic. Purchased to use it on the property- but plans changed.
