2005 gem error code 24

I put new batteries in and replaced throttle pedal now it won’t charge and I’m getting error code 24.

It runs for a second then turtle light comes on as the battery level goes down. I plugged it in and see the charger red light is flashing. I cant seem to get it to charge

You’ll need to count the number of blinks of the red light on the charger to determine what the specific error / reason for not charging is.
