Washed my 2005 and it has not worked since it was working great. Would turn on and contactor would kick in go about 50 yards and quit. Then contactor would kick in but car would not go. Cleaned all electrical plugs ang got a code 21 peddle. Replaced peddle and now the display just blinks with over heat turtle and the 3 boxes on bottem please help
