I am at wits in on my 2002 Gem. I have no power to BDI or accessories only comes on for a second when master switch turned on. Buzzer sounds on brake release but only in road mode but not in turf mode. Batteries fine,Controller fine, BDI console fine, Charger is fine, converter fine. I don’t know what is left to check.

I remember this solution might be the relay under the dash off to the passenger side. The contacts get a little iffy when sitting. Try pulling it out, cleaning the spade connections and reinstalling.
To test, maybe rap on it with the handle of a screwdriver. (This also used to work on teenagers).
Report back with your (Y/N) findings.
If still not working we will need to test a few things with your meter.
If your car has had the PWB recall done then it could also be the connections on the Delay Off Timer. Skritch them around and see if the car wakes up.

When you say “fine”, What did you do to determine this? Did you test for input/outputs on all these?
Do you have wiring diagrams/notes/chicken scratches for your car?
