Battery is on. Still have 78v across controller. Still pulls contactor when controller relay is bypassed.
Removed floating green wire.

Scroll back up to my last post. I added a few things you might have missed.
Goes to pin 1 on the 12 pin plug.
Edit: This makes me think they mixed up wires when installing 12v converter. Pin 1 should come from B- and that other green should be to charger / interlock?
Yes, That wire going to P12 (black) needs to go to the B- on the controller.
Then the green wire from the tiler needs to go to the black wire coming out of the Charger.
Before hooking it up- (because I don’t trust the last guy)
→ Verify that there is now 12v when KeyON
Ah, My bad. I was speed reading. You had 1 and 12 in he same sentence.
Crap like that makes the rocket miss the moon!!
No worries.
Wired as above - P1 green to B-, charger black to timer relay.
Everything appears to be working as intended.
Thank you so much for all your help! I think this is now completely fixed.
I will drive / test the cart throughout the week to make sure.
Great. Do some teat laps with dash covers removed.
Tidy up the wiring, zip tie bundles together and then fasten to solid points so things dont flail around. in there.
Clean things off, blow out the cobwebs.
As long as it crashes into the sun, it’s all good.
I deleted it. Please let me know of any mis-posts. I can clean them up, so as not to confuse a future member. I guess that you can delete them as well. I clean up my posts all the time because I’m an ■■■■■. ![]()
