Hello.
I have a two speed electric motor that I am wiring on a SPDT switch. Before I finished everything I check continuity between the two side and they are connected. So I traced it back to the motor and when I check the electrical prongs inside the motor the high speed and low speed had continuity between them. I am assuming this is wrong. Correct?
I am new to two speed motors and do not have another to compare to. But it just doesn’t make sense to me that it would work that what but just wanted other opinions.
