i just purchased a 1999 gem e 580 and love it. but it only goes 18mph top speed. all the other forms i am reading says it should run 28 mph is this correct ? if so any ideas what might be wrong ?
You might have them Forward / Reverse switch set to Turf

the turf and road switch makes about a one mph diffrence but i have it set on road
