02 E825 won’t start, yet batteries fully charged

Hello! Looking for help with my E825. All 6 batteries are brand new and fully charged. The GEM starts up fine initially after overnight charge, but as soon as I turn it off and try to restart, I get a negative 15 error.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help!

One battery in backwards or bad.
Check volts at P1 at controller. It must be over 68v or -15.
