I was frustrated , as was Byron, by trying to help but not getting our questions answered.
Guess I was rude, 
If we don’t get answers, these threads go on for days, and others needing help can’t follow.
All Byron asked for was a screen shot of charger, which would show sw version and profiles. Member claimed to have dq app and dongle.
Are you deliberately being dense?
