When can we expect a viable second hand market in EVs?

I would be interested to hear about the growing market in second hand EVs. In the past people were concerned about the cost of replacing battery packs as opposed to the value of the vehicle itself. Surely battery power has now come on enough to make a second hand market in EVs more viable today?

Nobody is junking used EV’s There just aren’t that many transactions to generate the typical used vehicle sales charts that we have been used to all these years.
