Check her out. She’s starting off as an LSV but in 2010 there is supposed to be an upgrade to her to highway speeds. Looks just like a Smart, but is fully electric. The cost is $19,000, but you get a 10% discount, which takes it to $17,100. There are also deals when the upgraded version comes out, including $7,500 off and 2% for every year that you’ve owned the original vehicle.
