I have a 2001 Gem 4 Seater that I am thinking about putting new wheels and tires on. I am not familiar with the sizing, I was hoping someone could take a look at the tire specifications below and let me know if they think they will work. I can get these particualr ones for about $100 each with Tire and wheel. I thought that was a decent price ?

12" x 8" outback machined face wheel
215-40-12 low profile DOT tire
Includes four lug nuts and center cap
1/2"-20 THD
Lug nuts included are for Club Car and E-Z-GO golf carts
For Yamaha carts, please order 051-411
