I jacked up the front end, then slid the cover screen off my motor and marked the commutator, then I marked the tire and turned the tire 2 revolutions to 9 on the motor… That’s 4.5:1! that can’t be the gear ration, can it?
Both wheels must move.
Better to push the car one rotation while counting or you will be off .
