Upgrade Delta-q charger for lithium battery

Hi,
This topic is not new and looking for an advise from someone. I am using a Delta-q model IC0650-048-CC, and would like to use it with my lithium battery. Please anyone suggest me what i have to do or to upgrade on my Delta-Q charger. as well as please give me a former blog told on this topic.

He developed a contact at DQ and if still active may be able to get the information you need.

As a usb flash drive reads charging record. Programming may be the same.
