Update on my 25s 202Ah Pack

Update on my 25s 202Ah pack I installed in my 2015 Gem. I now have about 500 miles on the car since installing. Would have been more but had a controller go bad. So far the farthest I have gone between charges is about 60 miles and according to the Daly BMS used about 55% of the Amps. This is mostly flat driving at about 30 mph with frequent stops and starts. While waiting for the controller to be overhauled I changed all of the power wirings from stock to a very high grade 1.0 copper. What a difference barely have to touch the throttle and it is up to 30. Tops out at about 38-40. One other thing I only charge the pack to about 85-90%. At 78 years old this was and is my first attempt at building my own pack and rewiring from scratch. My thanks to everyone here and UTube.

Special thanks to Mike from LithiumGods

Do you have any pictures of this custom built 25s pack? I would like to see that.

First reply put in a picture that I did not see. I have cleaned up the install since these pictures were taken. Some off the original power wiring show but is not connected. The new wires are 1.0 red and black. They sure do seem like they make a big difference. Every large power wire was changed from the batteries to the motor. As you can see the last pack on the right side has 5 cells and all the rest have four
