Toe in/Toe out

I’ve got a problem with the passenger front end tire. If I straighten the drivers tire, the passenger tire is pointing out or to the right if you’re sitting at the wheel, about 1" and the new tire is wearing abnormally. Is there a way to adjust the “toe” on the E2?

Center the steering wheel. Losten the lock nuts on theh tie rods. Adjust the tie rods to provide 1/16 to 1/8 toe in. I believe the wrench size is 5/8 for the tie rod forgot the lock nut size.
