No 12v bad inverter?

Hello
So I was taking my dash apart and I have a 12 volt switch for under glow lights. Anyways I must have grounded out the positive from the extra 12 volt feed and I heard a pop
Checked all fused couldn’t find anything blown
All of the 12 volt is out
Lights
Horn
Turn signals

I have the recalled inverter installed so there are no fuses on it

I know it’s not a blow inverter because I took one off another good gem I have in the garage which everything works and it still doesn’t work?

Any ideas. Thanks

Did you ever get a response to this? You said you did not think it was the inverter as you tried a second one. We just lost all 12V as well and all the fuses look good.

Thanks

I did not get a response
After poking around forever it seemed it Ended up being a insulated connector spade under the dash wasn’t making a good contact.

What happen was whoever installed my newer inverter jammed the connector together

The male side was bent down and wasn’t even inside of the female. Suppose it worked as long as it did

Start unplugging stuff under the dash and just making sure it has good connections
