I’m wondering if someone can help with a couple of things. I looking at several older GEM cars. If a car doesn’t have batteries can it be tested for problems. How many mile will a typical GEM car be good for? How hard is to find used parts and when can I find them?
Thanks Bill
- Not really
2 15 to 30 depending on the battery quality
- Ebay and Google
Strongly urge you to know what your getting into when buying a NON RUNNING GEM. Even used GEM parts are expensive. Examples - motor controller $500+ - DC/DC converter $200 up - Battery charger $350 up- motor $200 up.
Search Ebay under GEM CAR or GEM CAR PARTS
