Making the seats more comfortable

has anyone tried over-stuffing the seats to make them softer or more comfortable?

What I did for a customer who had lower back problems and pain. The bottom of the seat the vinyl is stapled to the underside of the wood seat. I went to Walmart in the fabric crafts section and get the form, stuffing, and then to the paint department to get a can of 3M spray. After removing the vinyl i sprayed the sticky glue on the area of the seat to hold in place then restapled the underside seat. You know how to contact me.
