No idea. They are new old stock. I don’t know if cycle life is reduced. I do know that they test well over spec.
Or do you mean how many times they have been charged.
Generally twice. Once during my initial test, and once to balance charge them if requested.
If someone wants local pickup in NorCal, can also send some out to me (Sacramento area CA) in the back of the eL once we get someone to haul it out here.
