Lithium fast charge with high discharge pulses

Hello,

In Elithion once I had found interesting article about various charging types and one was incredibly interesting, it was basically very high current charging method, close to cell max charge current or even higher, the main point was during charging make short interrupts ~30 ms, and with very short and high current discharge pulses during interrupt - ~5 ms battery short circuit. Idea of charging like that was that main damage of very fast battery charging is failing to receive charge because of electrolyte polarization, and very short duration battery pack short circuit would depolarize electrolyte and with charging with way batter would be able to charge way faster and without damaging it.

Maybe anyone have any experience with method like that?
