i want to order these led crosses for my bathroom that i am remodeling right now.

These are from germany and i would like to know if i can just wire the transformer that comes with it into the 110V 50hz that is used in the US. Someone told me that the 220V 60 hz from germany wont work because of the Hz ?!?
Would the LED’s be affected by that? if so, can i just buy a diffrent transformer here in the state’? and wich one would i need if i hook up 46 LED’s?
I wired these led’s into a bathroom befor when i lived in germany. And i cant find these led crosses anywhere here in the United state’s.
