Pet Peeve
THERE IS NO LEVEL 3 charging (per SAE J1772 standards) for either AC or DC charging levels as of yet ! 2 levels of AC and DC are defined and connection standards exist.
Level 3 is an incorrect term used for DC Level 2 charging - also known as DC Fast Charge.
