I have inherited Mom’s 2002 GEM.
I don’t seem to be able to post a picture here in this thread, but it has to be seen to be believed.

I’ve done some maintenance on it for her over the years here in Palm Springs, CA, and am taking it up to my house in Bremerton, WA.
Seats are stock, but in rough shape. Batteries are commercial JC starting as she only used it for very short trips on Smoke Tree Ranch and always plugged in. We would get 3-4years out of a set for $650, so they worked well for her.
I plan on using it in downtown Bremerton, will probably need to spring for Deep cycle batteries as intended for its use. I’m planning on re-upolstery(sp ?) and upgrades as needed.
