Hello guys, there is a lot of noise ( z z z z) while driving and turning the steering wheel in my Gem e4 2005. I think it needs greasing. Pls inform how to do that and can I apply WD40 on the suspension joints? Much appreciated and have a Livy day
I don’t believe the 05 has any grease fittings but I could be wrong, but I can tell you don’t use wd40, it’s not a lubricant. There are much better options for spray lubricants. Just a fyi Wd40 stands for water displacement 40, it was the 40th formula they tried before they got it right. Apparently it was designed for the aerospace industry to keep moisture off the electronics.
