I think I have sprayed WD40 in all parts that are connected to steering wheel.

WD40 is NOT a lubricant and will dissolve grease so it’s really not what you want to spray on greased or lubricated parts.
You might have better luck having the person sitting in the next seat laughing doing the steering wheel moving and you then open the front hood and try to isolate what is squeaking.
