Despite the fact that General Motors is telling everybody that the new Chevy Bolt EV will not go into production until October, there have been sightings of the new vehicle in San Francisco. It is good to see an electric car company looking to jump the gun on launch dates rather than falling behind schedule.
Are we now seeing traditional car manufacturers moving more strongly towards electric vehicles in light of recent petrol/diesel car scandals?
