These eM1400’s are so awesome and fun. They are the only RWD gems ever built, they have steel frames, 4 wheel independent suspension, with variable rate shocks and anti sway bars in the back, 4 wheel vented disc brakes.
These are not GEMs, they are 2wd electric Rangers
They can do 35 mph easy, the electric dump is a riot. Despite being only 2/3 yard capacity, It’s actually useful, at least to me (disclaimer: I live in the suburbs)
It’s like driving a real live tonka truck.
If my employer would let me keep an unregistered but insured work vehicle on site, I’d buy a second oneto keep at the refinery. Too much red tape though…

And don’t forget they have a 2” receiver hitch. I’ve towed about 1800 pounds with mine, no problem. I love my em1400
