Gem e2, 2 seater 2002 E825 Lithium Upgrade(tighter fit)

The shocks I’m using on my E4 are Porgressive
416 series’s shocks

Thanks…but i have opposite camber issue from going for more speed; taller tires; less weight.

The 13.9" measurement is expanded measurement? Do you
have a compressed measurement? Or they don’t do/have one cuz air shocks?

Front are different or same as rear?
Found this on Ebay:
POLARIS GEM CAR - ADJUSTABLE FRONT
SHOCK ABSORBER

thanks,
Jeffrey

Very nice.
Make sure to take care of them for long life.
Check balance every charge cycle until you can trust them.

Does this look right?

Numbers are bms-24 connections

This is for older leaf. Not newer two packs.

the vohm meter shows how to hookup the bms
if you rely on this chickenscratch on this piece of paper; you will ■■■■ it up!

Yes, definitely check 9 pin plugs before plugging into bms.
This was a picture from Troy, that he wanted marked as to strap connections. I just added the numbers to be helpful.
Kind of a harsh assessment. It looked clear to me.
Does it seem correct?
I will delete it if it’s incorrect or misleading.
The two of you are working together?
Same setup?

The front to back orientation of the battery pack to the vehicle seems wrong and confusing. Do the 4 seaters
have a tunnel in them from back to front that I don’t know about?
Also, I thought you were showing him how to hook up the bms, too on this paper. In any case,
a Vohm meter should be used to make sure.

I have to group them together differently. I just thought he should double check with Vohm meter because he is not a chiphead; neither am I for that matter. Isn’t his battery pack going to be oriented 90 degrees differently; under the seat?

I replied to his picture in an email and told him exactly the same thing.
Use a meter every step.
Check for zero volts before bolting on each strap.
I didn’t critique his drawing. Only added the connections to what was there.
If they fit like that, it will be a nice setup. I think my truck is similar.

That’s what Grant thought too.

Yeah, he just sent me a video with the normal battery orientation which is 90 degrees different from diagram…and
being held down by the stock FLA battery bar. I couldn’t use that stock bar with 2 seater.

BMS is next. U use same thin wire what 20 gauge even have to run wire 7 feet to dash?
