We’re building an electric go-kart and need to get our motor on a dyno to test how much power it will pull from the power source. does anybody know of any electric motor dynos in the metro detroit area?
motor specs:
AC induction
80 ftlbs torque
7500 RPM
Any help would be great.

you shouldn’t need an electric motor specific dyno, you should be able to use just a normal dyno for something like that…
Use a volt and amp meter and calculate horsepower from that.
(va)/746).80 should get you close.
