Does the battery charger when the master switch is off on e825?

Hi all,

I have an e825 and I was wondering if the batteries charge when the master switch is off? I currently have it plugged in with the master switch off. While away for extended periods I have the outlet on a timer so it comes on for 2 hours once a week. It might all be for not if it doesn’t change with the master switch in the off position.

I don’t know what year your “e825” is but my 2002 and the 2008 both will not charge when the master disconnect is open. That’s kinda the point of the “master” disconnect, it disconnects the batteries from everything.
