Did I Blow My Charger Up? Help?

2001 with FLAs. Last week I welded on the rear subframe. Before doing so I unbolted the leads to the programmer and disconnected the +/- plug on the top of the charger.

Just ran it around the block and plugged it in to the charge cord and I am getting the “red green flash with audible alarm: battery voltage high DC voltage out of range logic circuit failure, test charger” error.

I’m in a pinch here because I am leaving tomorrow and won’t be back for a couple of weeks and therefore would be leaving the batteries uncharged at 90% while I am

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should look for?
