Dc inverter upgrade pig tail? Or wire splice help

I have a 1999 e825. I realize I should have scrapped this and started over but I am to far in. The cart currently has the old open inverter with a 16 pin main connector as pictured below. I have installed a D&D motor and ready to install a 108v lithium pack. (I was told the inverter upgrade is a must with a lithium pack)

I have a 70130i converter I want to install but it is only a 12 wire. Does anyone have a pre made pig tail I can purchase?

If not, I am happy to splice the wires but not sure about the 4 extra wires? I will include pic of the info I have. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

These are the actual inverter connection pics

Iirc, that info should he in the dc-dc recall TSB:

I’m not sure the t1 or t2 controller will work at that high voltage. 94v was always the magic number for my early cars.

The pcb is mostly logic. Dc-dc is the removeable power portion.
If i were doing it, i would just solder the 6 wires that replaces the converter.

16 pin? No, they are the logic wires.
The converter wires are the power leads. I don’t remember if plugs or screw terminals, but they are the connections that can overheat.

An 88v battery 24s 3.7v per cell is largest that will run with a t2.
Even that can only be charged to 94v. 3.9v per cell or about 80%.
Silly to put in a higher voltage battery than 88v nominal.
82-84v 22s is ideal in t1 and t2 gems.
