That’s what I did. Put a ramp under front frame to raise tires off the ground. 
Found one thing that doesn’t work. This may be more expensive than I thought.
A Saturn throttle fits and has proper plug. It does not have an internal switch.

Where can I get a 3 plus 1 magnet?
It’s weird I think my #19 $ #20 were defaulted to 255. Yes my speedo does display up to 28 mph and is accurate. I live in a flat area so not hills pure motor speed to 28.
I did try setting #16 to 107 while leaving my #13 at 75 and got error code of 14, which is gear ratio out of range. My settings of #13 (75) and #16 (107) = 70%. When I change #16 to 124 leaving #13 at 75 it drops the ration to 60% which is out of range. The default settings of #13(102) and #16(124) gives a ratio of 82%.
I dropped the #13 to 60 and #16 to 85, which keeps the ratio at 70%, but saw no change.
I dropped my #7 to 51 which is the lowest recommended and got 1 more mph, but the engine is getting hot.
I know a ratio of 70% and 82% are in range for the #13 & #16 settings. I don’t know what the lower or top end ratio limits are though.
