Has anyone made their own hard door side window out of lex an to replace broken one? They are approx $350 shipped.

I would try to find a shop that fabricates (repairs) boat windows. I see that you live in St Louis, Misery. Are you near the boating community? Try there… But, sometimes you just have to pay to play.
