Could Sonnenschein Prevailer Dryfit German DF Series SLA GEL batteries work for a EV?

While looking into battery weights for my upcoming build I came across a page comparing the typical lead acid battery to these Sonnenschein Prevailer Dryfit German DF Series SLA GEL batteries and Optima batteries. Here’s the link; http://hypertextbook.com/facts/2002/RaymondTran.shtml.

I’m just learning and really don’t even know if these batteries are applicable with an EV but the specs on the Sonnenschein Prevailer Dryfit German DF series SLA GEL batteries interested me. Mainly the DF6V180 model that is a 6 volt, 200 ah, and only weights in at 67 lbs. The 200 ah is listed as “ah at 20 hours”… not sure how that compares to the Optimas but a 90 lb Optima only offers 110 ah, which makes it seem better. Here’s a link with a little more detail; http://www.web4homes.com/c380/battery.htm.

As I said, I’m not sure if these could even be used in an EV but if they could it seemed they would be a lighter, potentially better (atleast as far as ah), and a smaller battery if used. Any info would be helpful, even if it’s just telling me how/why these wouldn’t work. Thanks
