I have so much range now that i only bother charging during sunshine so my mpg or mpKWH is free from my rooftop solar. No free lunch though. The solar panels on my home rooftop cost bucks and my conversion from FLA to Leaf lipo cost $2k. But picking up chicks is easy now w the dog in my GEM and no range/performance anxiety.

But a new set of Trojans cost 1k to 2k

I received my 12 volt 100 AH battery and added it to my two 72 volt chevy volt batteries that are parallel and hooked the 12 volt in series and now have 84 volts. I have a new zivan charger that I need to have programmed and are not sure what to tell them to program it to. I currently am using the two year old zivan that is set on gel setting,. Any suggestions? Also my Gem car is a 2002 and I have to mig weld the rear axle frame and need to know what steps I need to take with the car prior to welding it as not to ruin and of the electronics of the car .

Not much help on zivan.
I’m using stock DQ charger on my 22s truck. Plus an off board fast charger to top it off when needed.

72v 15amp China lithium charger. I can hack it to set voltage. It was less than a couple hundred $$.

Hey Dave,
How about you just sell me the #128 algorithm?
Saves in the time.

Yes, I can help. If you just have one set, use the oem plugs and cut them off. Or I have a pcb they plug into. JST-XH or solder output.
The harness is for connecting multiple Volt modules in parallel. Then to bms.
I have chargery bms and bluetooth bms here.
Also various balance boards. A new one coming tomorrow.
Dave

Are you selling the bms to use on Chevy volt batteries?
If so how much?
Do you know what is the best setting for the q charger? What number? I have heard 123 177 128.
Just starting my collection for battery transfer.
Thanks for all your help.

I have a few Chargery and Bluetooth bms, that I can sell.
Charger depends on voltage and number of cells.
LiPo 20-22 is pretty much stock. 23-24 is high voltage. For 24s/99v use #177.
LiFePo4 use 24-28 cells.
Also have new DQ lithium chargers and Chargery C10325 universal chargers.
With Volt modules, I can make a bms/lcd kit that plugs in.
Start with the batteries. Nothing you can plan until you have them in hand.
Check out @stretchkart 60ah lfp lithium swap. I have 5 x 5s 60ah modules. Drop-in replacement for 6 x 12v lead, should not need a bms.
$1500 with new charger + shipping.

I have the chevy volt batteries on there way. How much is your DQ Charger and the BMS?
Is it the bms-24t?

The Delta-Q with lithium profiles is $350
The Chargery 24-t Is $350
Chargery C10325 I’m overstocked $300
Generic Volt to JST-XH $50 each

A 70a Bluetooth bms wired with RJ-45 to lcd, and wired/tested to two Volt harnesses is $350
Connections for 2 sries modules and up to 3 in parallel. (6 total)

@LithiumGods should have his today. I’m waiting to see what he thinks of it.

can i contact you for help on my 2005 gem e4 lithium conversion?

Newbie here!
I am interested in the conversion! $1500 sounds like a great investment. If I could get someone to walk me through it’ I’m all over it ASAP!

This is an old thread, but still relevant.
I have a 22s volt battery with bms, ready to drop in.
