As most of you are aware, there are quite a number of people on this Forum that were scammed by James Morrison/EV Components last summer when he took orders, pre-payment, and failed to deliver batteries or refunds to more than 20 people.
Worse yet, there is now ample proof that James has been re-selling this inventory (against Court Injunction since July 2010) directly to individuals thru websites, forums, ebay, AND re-selling through a few less than ethical resellers who bought batches of these batteries despite knowledge of their tainted source and status of being under injunction.
At this time I have only information on CALB cells that were supposed to be frozen, but I hope to also have lists of Headway and Thundersky cells that are supposed to be held pending resolution of this case, but have been sold.
I would urge any buyers of CALB cells at this time to check their serial numbers and reply if you have any matches where and when you bought the cell(s) between July 2010, and now so that we can identify the re-sellers that may be dragged into the case to recover our assets…
