Hello, just signed up for this forum. Been ease-dropping on other conversations but haven’t seen my issue!!
I have a 2001 e825 4 seater. Recently I was headed home and suddenly a banging sound came from my front gear box. Limped it home and put it up in the air. The cart still has all functions, but when accelerator is applied I get a loud knocking as the gears rotate. Even on deceleration it bonks down to a stop! Has anyone had this happen to them or have an idea of what happened. When I put my hand on the differential, you can feel the knock as the shafts rotate.
