I have a 2018 Gem e4 with lithium batteries that use a car charger port to charge. A month ago my charger stopped working so I ordered a new one. The new charger worked for three charges and now It won’t charge again but both the new charger and onboard charger state that it is charging. However the battery percentage inside is decreasing. The inside gauge now states veh fault and has an error code(pic attached). I dont know what to do any help or advise would be appreciated as the nearest gem shop is over 200 miles from me.
Bad intelligent device related to lithium battery.
Looks like a job for a dealer.
I guess you can always try a hard reset by disconnecting power.
Check your work replacing charger?

Yes it is one of those batteries.
I’ve never seen one. Assume that only dealers have the needed info.
