I have a 2016 Gem E6 with 6 volt flooded batteries. We use it as shuttle for our hotel in the evenings. I have had a continuous issue with the car dropping down to a crawl soon as the battery meter hits 68%… It acts like a limp mode. I have checked all the batteries individually for load and water level. It shows a 100% at the end of a charge cycle. Any ideas?
Either a bad battery or connection.
Monitor full voltage under load. When you see the dip, check one battery or connection at a time.
To save time, test 1/2. If both sides are the same, then all batteries might not be 100%.
