Are these available for an AC motor on the 2016 Gem e2
No, I have not had an ac car to work on. I do have sw to program Sevcon controllers, but don’t know if it’s possible.
If someone gets there hands on a Sevcon/Gem controller, I would like to take a look at it.
At this point I’m not willing to invest $1k for a peek.

Need DLD and DCF files. I can then load them in my controller, and send it to a brave soul to test.
I can get size6 controllers for 1/2 price.

It only makes sense. Polaris dealers need only stock one controller and set it up for specific vehicle.
In fact it is too logical. Businesses don’t work that way. 
If true, you may be running an ac motor soon! My ac motors and controllers are similar. Twice as big.
For those following along.
DLD & DCF files work together. Telling the controller how to spin the motor.
DLD are write only boot programs. Can’t be read.
The dcf files control speed, torque, throttle type, direction etc.
This I can copy from a Gem controller. (I think)
I’ve been told speed is easy to change. It may also be that speed limit is locked in the DLD files.
Can’t imagine Gem leaving it unlocked!

No, not at this time. Testing has been on back burner for 6 months.

Truth is, it may not be possible to spoof ac motors. I need to put it to bed one way or the other this summer.
I keep getting sidetracked with other projects.
