2015 E6 won't run

Good day to all,I have a 2015 E6 with a code #15 on dash and a flashing turtle. Car is fully charged. It will fire solenoid, but car won’t move. Help

Car is fully charged.

Really? What makes you think so because your controller seems to be disagreeing with your assessment.

Grab your meter, probe the POS and NEG on your controller with KeyON, and report back here with what you find.

It will fire solenoid

Are you sure it is doing this? Normally with a wrench code displayed on the dash it will not close MC.

OK, I will ck it when I get in the shop shortly. Just posting of what I have currently, which is indicator on dash says fully charged.

When was the last time you went into the secret menu and manually reset the SOC?(battery display)

Note: there are only certain conditions you should be doing this. If your batteries are only half charged, but you go in and reset the display to indicate the batteries are full, then it will give you inaccurate readings.

Never been in it to do anything, because I don’t know about that feature. Put VM on pos and neg at controller. I have 68 volts, then when I applied power it went to 60 volts. I have it on charge again now,but I’m suspect of a bad battery. Once I get a full charge,I can go in and reset that feature if you don’t mind giving me that info please.

You might want to check your CHARGER display next to make sure it is actually charging. Usually it will not kick in if pack is below 68v.

What are these batteries?
You should probably do a full pack check. Clean connections, Water, Charge, Balance, load test.

Never been in it to do anything, because I don’t know about that feature.

We discussed this procedure back in Jun/July when you were working on your 08 e2. Again, Leave it alone for now. There is a chance it will reset itself after a few charge/run cycles.

But this shows how that dash meter can get confused and you should always back it up with a second outside opinion (your handheld DVM).

When in doubt, check your batteries. Not one, or a few- check them all. All it takes is for one questionable battery to bring down your whole pack and you are pushing your car home.

Ok car charged up,looks like that is all it was,but the indicator on the dash was making it a lil confusing. Charger is working properly, I monitored it through the charge cycle.

Wondering if there’s an intermittent issue or a user error. Do you think you forgot to charge it and the display showing full charge made you think you’d originally charged it?
