22 e6 NOGO issue

I have a 22 e6. Ive checked the battery, sits at 43.6 v
Charges fine A57 it reads on the zivan
Changed the battery on under the dash, it’ll only move about 10ft then acts dead (possibly pulling power from the 12v???)

Dash reads low battery and blinks an empty battery.
SOC 0%
What could possibly cause this?

Battery reads that its charged on the volt meter….

I barrowed an e4s ecm/computer I have the same year ect. it didn’t change anything there.

What should I test or check? I can easily barrow a part from its little brother.

Thank you in advance.

I am not convinced this battery is charging “Fine”

What battery is this, and do you have a way to load test ?
What is the condition of the battery in little brother?

I can get photos in the AM.
I’ll see if I can find a way to load test it also.

Runs fine. Has 2k miles how do I check the health? only difference is it’s 30v and a smaller 15v
E6 is just one large 45v
Batteries Al had Cummins logos

Charge battery and reset bmc by toggling 12v battery power.
Full is about 50 volts.
Does dash light up and display “C” when plugged in?
What faults are set?

I don’t understand your meter reading.

Battery flashes

Voltmeter reading can’t be 90vdc

Sorry I had it on AC

Need to charge over 49v to reset dash soc.
Battery is pretty low

Leave it plugged in? All I have is a simple charger or trailer it to a quick charger.? Should I jump it off the e4 to wake up the battery?

Leave it plugged in? All I have is a simple charger

That is normally the way it is supposed to work. What do you mean by a “simple charger” ?

Plug in the car/charger and verify battery v is going up with your handheld meter.

Also verify on your dash that there is a C that appears next to your SOC bar graph display.

Stop switching parts! Just charge the car! If it doesn’t charge, that’s the problem.
Zivan or Delta-Q charger? Are you plugged into 120 or 240vac? Zivan charges at 50+ amps on 240.

Polaris 120 charger

Is this the only thing the display is showing?
-or-
Is the display cycling through a few different numbers?

With your handheld meter, Measure battery and check if the battery is increasing Voltage.

Is your dash showing anything different?

You need a Evse aka j1772 charger otherwise it will just throw error 57

not charging… same charge i ordered a j1772 charger

Ignored the sticker, and then I picked up a charger and tried it out…. Nothing all day. doesn’t even turn the zivan screen on

Well left a trickle charger on the agm battery to charge.
Checked the voltage on the large battery it’s at 95 volts. So that took a charge.
Still says battery low and SOC 0%

Voltmeter reading can’t be 90vdc

You are doing it again.
What exactly are you poking at?
